  1. We are required to keep records of any work undertaken for 2 years. We will not keep the information we hold about you for any longer than is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

  1. When you make a payment and to the companies who process the payment on our behalf; either WorldPay. This information will include your name and address, phone number and Email address.
  2. We share your information with selected third party service providers who perform work as subcontractors, website hosting, analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
  3. We do not authorise these third parties to use your information for purposes other than for which it has been provided, and do not authorise these third parties to disclose that information to unauthorised parties. We require these third parties to maintain appropriate security to protect your information from unauthorised access or processing.

How we keep your information secure:

  1. All the information that we obtain from you is stored securely within the EU on a cloud business management software called Oracle
  2. We would like to communicate with you via email and text message. We will use the email address that you have provided to us in order to send you information about our services and to respond to you when you have an enquiry, raise a concern or complaint with us regarding either our products or service. We are not able to guarantee the security of any email servers, such as outlook, gmail or yahoo.
  3. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
